View source for User Interface

When no other [[Interface Windows]] are open, the controls on the User Interface are grouped in the:
*[[Menu Bar]] running across the top of the screen
*[[Toolbar]] running across the bottom of the screen, on top of which sit the [[Chat Bar]] and [[Media Bar]]
